Vivo aims to become a brand for the young and successful people and makes its devices appealing. The Neo earphones have a stylish gradient color plastic case - it goes all the way to Black from Silver to Blue - it's indeed as beautiful as the night sky. The earbuds adopt the same color scheme, but the standard of their design leaves us somewhat disappointed.
The Vivo TWS Neo Earbud feels pretty cheap and plastic in one's hands. Also, the entire setup is a fingerprint magnet, which strips away the otherwise aesthetic design. The earbuds' glossy finish also gives an uncomfortable feeling that at any time the earbud could fall out of the ear.

Sound Quality
For deeper bass and richer sound, Vivo says there's a 14.2 mm driver in the earbud - basic physics says the bigger the driver, the greater the sound. In practice, this is a bit more complicated, even though it's true in theory.
Compatibility
TWS Neo Earbuds performs better than any other wireless earphone in its price category, but its wide range of audio customization options is only available on specific Vivo smartphones.
Connectivity
When it comes to connectivity, live phones automatically find the TWS Neo, and there's a fast prompt on the screen, allowing smooth pairing. Smartphones from 3rd parties must adopt the usual pairing process in the Bluetooth menu.
Noise Cancellation
Ambient noise cancellation is one feature that we are missing, but there is at least in-call noise filtering, utilizing the two outer mics to make sure you can be heard well by the other party.
Battery Life
The Vivo TWS Neo Earbud charger case has 400 mAH capacity with each earbud 27 mAH capacity that will total about 450 mAH battery capacity, with that the Earbuds can last for over 4 hours of playtime.
